Oak Terrace Preserve - North Charleston

The Ponds - Summerville area
This is another Greenwood Communities project set in approximately 2000 acres of old hunting estate at the headlands of the Ashley River. The community will only extend to under 900 acres of the site, with the remaining 1100 acres being a protected woodlands, with walks and trials, never to be developed.
The 900 acres being developed will have retail as well as residential areas. land has been set aside for YMCA and EMS facilities. The development has 3 lakes and when finished numerous Play Parks and other amenities.

Cain Crossing - Clements Ferry corridor
This is new development of townhouses by Centex, are styled more on the traditional single family residence than a townhouse. Not far from the Highway 41's crossing of the Wando river it doesn't look much from Clements ferry Road, but take a minute to drive around this small development and you will be surprised.
The development consists of two collections, the "Winchester" and the "Windsor". Each collection has 5 floor plans available.
The Winchester collection floor plans start at 1471 sq ft 3 bedroom home and rise to 1809 sq ft 4 bedroom home.
