Before Buying a New Home...

Before you walk on to a new homes site or visit a new homes sales center, there are several important things you should know.

a) You are entitled to a Buyer's Agent or Realtor®, you should declare who is looking after your interests at the begining of your conversations with a New Construction Sales Person.

b) A Buyer's Agent or Realtor® is there to represent your interests in the purchasing of a new home. A Sales person is there to sell you a house and works directly or indirectly for the developer or builder.

c) A Buyer's Agent or Realtor® is a "no cost" option to you as a Buyer of a new home. The Buyers Agent or Realtor® is paid a commission by the seller, but their legal obligation is to your best interests.
